In case of no-show or no-cancellation of booked treatments at least 4 hours before the scheduled time, 40% of the value of the booked treatment will be automatically added to the room.
We care about the comfort of our guests - SPA is a space of silence and relaxation, so please turn off or mute the cell phones and do not bring or consume alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants while on the premises of the SPA.
In order to increase the effectiveness of treatments, we ask that you:

avoid heavy meals an hour before the planned treatment
avoid sunbathing directly before and after the treatment
use the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi always before the treatments
before the treatment, to inform about taken medicines, past illnesses and possible contraindications

In case of lateness for a treatment due to the fault of the guest, the lateness time will be deducted from the total treatment time.
The SPA reserves the right to interrupt a treatment by an employee if it encounters inappropriate behavior of a guest (aggression, sexual propositions, etc.).
