As a hotel operator, we have exclusive control over all managed facilities – we don’t sign contracts for single apartments in various locations. Thanks to this, we are able to negotatiate good contract terms with several dozen intermediate companies. We cooperate with websites such as Booking.com, Travelist, HRS as well as travel agencies such as TUI, both on the Polish and German market. Each year, we strongly invest in promoting our brand, which translates to increase in sales in the direct channel. Our infrastructure is perfectly adapted for further expansion and we have a central infoline for our clients.
